Do you ship outside the UK?
Not at this time. We currently ship to the United Kingdom only — so your order arrives without customs surprises or extra fees.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Every UK order includes free standard delivery. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. We’ll email you when your order ships.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders are fulfilled from our facility in China and delivered directly to your UK address. Quality-checked and packed with care before dispatch.

How does it help thick, uncomfortable foot skin?
Soaking in warm herbal water helps soften hard, thickened areas on heels and soles, so skin feels less tight and rough to the touch. How do I use it?
Fill a basin with warm water (comfortable, not scalding). Add one sachet, stir gently, and soak for 15–20 minutes while you unwind. Pat dry, then apply moisturiser. Enjoy 2–3 times a week as part of your foot-care ritual.
How many sachets are in each box?
Each box contains 10 single-use sachets — enough for 2–3 weeks of regular soaking, or a full month if you soak twice a week.
Which pack should I choose?

• 2 boxes — Best value. Most customers choose this for a complete softening routine (20 soaks).
• 3 boxes — Ideal if you soak regularly and want softer, smoother-looking feet all season long.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
VERDURE is a cosmetic foot soak for external use only. Patch-test first if you have very sensitive skin. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. If discomfort continues, please speak to a healthcare professional.

Returns
Can I return my order?
Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — we hope you understand.
