Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned (hygiene reasons).

Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

Damaged or faulty items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at no extra cost.
